Mingteng International Corp., Inc. ( (MTEN) ) has provided an announcement.

On April 24, 2026, Mingteng International Corporation Inc. called a May 29, 2026 meeting of Class A ordinary shareholders alongside an annual general meeting to vote on a sweeping overhaul of its capital structure and governance. Holders of Class A shares are asked to approve changes to their rights that stem from increasing Class B voting rights and adopting a new memorandum and articles of association.

At the AGM, shareholders will vote on raising the voting power of each Class B share from 20 to 200 votes, sharply reducing the par value of both share classes and then massively increasing authorized share capital for future issuance. The board is also seeking approval of a fully restated constitutional document to embed these changes and authorization to adjourn the meeting if needed, moves that collectively would entrench the influence of Class B holders and significantly expand the company’s financing flexibility.

Spark’s Take on MTEN Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, MTEN is a Neutral.

The score is driven primarily by weak fundamentals—profitability has turned negative and free cash flow has deteriorated—despite strong revenue growth. Technical signals are also notably bearish (negative MACD and very low RSI). Valuation provides limited support because the company is loss-making and no dividend yield is available.
