Mingfa Group (International) Co. Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Zhong Xiaoming as CEO, effective January 1, 2025, as he pursues other business interests. The company has appointed Ms. Shang Xuan as the new CEO, who will not receive additional remuneration for her CEO role but will continue to receive compensation for her existing positions within the company. This leadership change marks a new chapter for Mingfa Group with the Board expressing gratitude for Mr. Zhong’s contributions and a warm welcome for Ms. Shang.
