Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited has announced significant changes to their board and company structure, effective from 25 September 2024. Ms. TONG Naqiong has resigned from her roles including that of independent non-executive Director due to academic commitments, and Ms. WEN Hongmei has been appointed as her replacement. Additionally, the company’s principal place of business in Hong Kong will relocate to a new address in Causeway Bay.
