Minerva Neurosciences Announces Board and Audit Committee Changes

Minerva Neurosciences (NERV) has provided an update.

Jeryl Hilleman will step down from her position on the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee at Minerva Neurosciences, effective August 6, 2024, to pursue other opportunities, with no disagreements prompting her departure. Jan van Heek will assume the role of Chair, and Dr. David Kupfer will join the Audit Committee following Hilleman’s resignation.
