Mineros S.A. has received approval from the Colombian Superintendent of Finance for a public tender offer by Sun Valley Investments AG to acquire up to 10.63% of Mineros shares. The trading of Mineros shares on the Colombia Stock Exchange resumed after a halt, while trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange remains unaffected.
