Mineral Road Discovery Inc., a company involved in resource exploration, has announced a leadership transition with the resignation of CEO Jason Cubitt, who will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Damien Reynolds, currently the Executive Chairman, has been appointed as the Interim CEO, bringing extensive experience in the resource exploration sector. Additionally, the company plans a share consolidation, converting three existing shares into one, to enhance marketability, with no change in shareholders’ percentage ownership or voting power.
