Mineral Road Discovery Inc., a company involved in mineral exploration, has announced its acquisition of the Bergslagen Tungsten Project in Sweden, which includes eight mineral concessions with historical production of tungsten, iron, and molybdenum. The acquisition is considered a related party transaction due to the involvement of a major shareholder, and the company plans to undertake detailed exploration work on these properties. Additionally, Mineral Road has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise $50,000 for general working capital, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
