Minera Alamos ( (TSE:MAI) ) has shared an announcement.

Minera Alamos has executed a term sheet for a US$75 million revolving credit facility with Scotiabank and National Bank of Canada, aimed at strengthening its balance sheet and providing flexible, lower-cost debt financing. The three-year facility, secured against the company’s material assets and subject to customary covenants, is intended to support the advancement of its permitted U.S. growth projects without equity dilution and to improve investor exposure to current gold prices.

Upon closing and initial funding, Minera Alamos plans to use an initial drawdown on the revolver to repay in cash its existing gold prepayment facility with Auramet, which was tied to future gold deliveries from Nevada assets. The financing comes as the company advances a pre-feasibility study for its Copperstone Gold Project in Arizona and optimization and development work at its Pan and Gold Rock projects in Nevada, where it sees potential for cost and operating synergies that could enhance its position as an emerging U.S.-focused intermediate gold producer.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:MAI) stock is a Buy with a C$9.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Minera Alamos stock, see the TSE:MAI Stock Forecast page.
