MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. has amended its agreement with TSUBAKI NAKASHIMA CO., LTD. to acquire a new subsidiary that will take over the ball screws and ball ways business, including shares of TN TAIWAN CO., LTD. The method of acquisition has changed from an incorporation-type to an absorption-type company split, meeting Taiwanese regulatory requirements, with the completion date set for December 10, 2024.
