Mindflair plc, a company specializing in AI and next-gen technology investments, has announced that Infinite Reality (iR) is set to acquire Landvault for US$450 million in an all-share deal. Landvault, a part of Sure Valley Ventures’ portfolio, in which Mindflair has stakes, could potentially net Mindflair approximately US$6 million. The transaction is also expected to significantly uplift Landvault’s value, with iR planning a Nasdaq listing in Q3 2024 through a SPAC merger.
