Mind Gym has announced that their CFO, Dominic Neary, will be stepping down on 25 October 2024, to be succeeded by Emily Fyffe, the current Group Finance Director. Fyffe, who joined the company in 2016 and has over a decade of finance experience, will not join the Board but will take over full CFO responsibilities following an interim period. The transition is part of a strategic plan to drive profitable and sustainable growth, with the handover concluding by the company’s half-year trading update.
