Minco Capital Corp. successfully passed all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, with unanimous approval for director appointments and a 99.91% vote to set the board size to three directors. Shareholders also showed strong support for their corporate actions, including reappointing the company’s auditors and transacting other business.
