Minbos Director Sells Shares, Donates Proceeds

Minbos Resources Limited (AU:MNB) has released an update.

Minbos Resources Limited has announced a change in Director Mr. Valentine Chitalu’s interests, where he disposed of 714,285 ordinary shares at $0.055 each, due to an inadvertent breach of a listing rule. The shares were issued to Mr. Chitalu and sold at a loss, with proceeds pledged to charity. Post-transaction, Mr. Chitalu maintains a direct interest in 377,273 ordinary shares and 4,000,000 unlisted options, and an indirect interest in 500,000 shares through Mitchell River Group Pty Ltd.
