Minaurum Gold Inc. successfully completed a private placement, raising C$5.69 million by selling over 22 million units. The funds will advance resource evaluation and exploration drilling at the Alamos Silver project, along with general corporate purposes. Each unit sold includes a share and a half-warrant, with Red Cloud Securities Inc. facilitating the transaction as the sole agent.
