Min Xin Holdings Limited ( (HK:0222) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Min Xin Holdings has disclosed that the National Financial Regulatory Administration Xiamen Office has approved a capital increase at Xiamen International Bank, in which Min Xin is a minority shareholder. The bank’s registered capital will rise through the issuance of new shares to Fujian Futou Investment Company, a wholly owned unit of Min Xin’s controlling shareholder.

Following completion of the capital contribution and related registration changes, Min Xin’s stake in Xiamen International Bank has been diluted from about 8.689% to 8.4314%. The company expects to book an estimated dilution loss of roughly HK$10 million in its 2026 consolidated results, though the final figure will depend on audited 2025 financials.

Despite the reduced holding, Min Xin believes it will retain significant influence over Xiamen International Bank’s financial and operating policies under the bank’s constitutional documents. Accordingly, the bank will continue to be treated as an associate and accounted for using the equity method, limiting changes to Min Xin’s reporting structure while slightly altering its financial exposure.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:0222) stock is a Hold with a HK$3.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Min Xin Holdings Limited stock, see the HK:0222 Stock Forecast page.
