Min Xin Holdings Limited has announced the establishment of a new partnership, named Zijin Mining Mintou Haixia Qihang (Fuzhou) Investment Partnership Enterprise, with various investors including Zijin Equity Investment and Local Industrial Funds, among others. The partnership, formed with a total capital commitment of RMB198 million, aims to engage in investment activities to yield substantial returns in line with PRC laws over an initial six-year period, with potential extensions. The transaction is classified as a connected transaction due to shared management and ownership links with the company’s controlling shareholder.
