Min Xin Holdings Limited has announced a reshuffle in its board and executive committee, effective from 19 June 2024, with the resignation of Mr. CHEN Yu from his executive roles and Mr. YANG Jingchao as a Non-executive Director. The company has appointed Mr. ZHOU Tianxing and Ms. YOU Li as Non-executive Directors. The board expressed gratitude to the outgoing members for their service.
