Million Hope Industries Holdings Ltd. (HK:1897) has released an update.
Million Hope Industries Holdings Ltd. has entered into a significant partnership with the Hanison Group through a Framework Agreement that will span from April 2024 to March 2027, covering the supply and installation of façade and curtain walls for construction projects. This agreement is subject to shareholder approval due to its size and the relationship between the companies, as both are substantially owned by CCM Trust. Shareholders of both companies are scheduled to receive detailed circulars and will vote on the agreement by July 2024.
