Million Cities Holdings Limited has announced a delay in sending the Circular to shareholders, originally planned for dispatch by 22 July 2024, due to the need for additional time to prepare certain information. The Circular is related to a major and connected transaction involving a deemed disposal via Subscription Shares issued by a subsidiary. The new expected dispatch date is on or before 16 August 2024.
