Millennial Potash Raises $1M for Potash Project Development

Millennial Potash (TSE:MLP) has released an update.

Millennial Potash Corp. has launched a private placement to raise $1,000,000 by selling 4 million units at $0.25 each, including share purchase warrants. The funds will support the exploration and development of its Banio Potash Project and for general capital needs. The company has secured the funds and awaits Exchange approval, which will also make the placee a significant insider.
