An update from Freightways ( (FTWYF) ) is now available.

Milford Asset Management Ltd has reduced its holding in Freightways Group Limited, falling below the substantial product holder threshold under New Zealand securities law. Milford now holds 8,888,885 ordinary shares, representing 4.9660% of Freightways’ quoted voting products, down from 5.0617%.

The change in Milford’s position arises from on-market sales of 753,307 Freightways shares, partly offset by on-market purchases of 587,589 shares. The shift marginally reduces Milford’s influence as a shareholder but leaves it as a significant institutional investor across several of its funds, including dynamic small companies, active growth, and New Zealand equity strategies.
