MIE Holdings Corporation has announced the appointment of Mr. Han Ye as a non-executive director starting August 14, 2024. Mr. Han brings a wealth of investment and asset management experience to the board, holding degrees in Software Engineering, Operations Research, Business Statistics, and an MBA in Finance. Concurrently, Mr. Guan Hongjun will step down from his non-executive director role on the same date to focus on other business commitments.
