Midsona Combines Sustainability and Communications in Group Management Shake-Up

An announcement from Midsona AB Class B ( ($SE:MSON.B) ) is now available.

Midsona AB has expanded the role of its current Director Sustainability, Beatrice Perlman Ewert, appointing her Director Communication & Sustainability as part of efforts to sharpen execution of the company’s strategy. The move consolidates responsibility for both sustainability and group-wide communications under one leadership, reinforcing Midsona’s ambition to strengthen its position as a leading European player in healthy and sustainable food.

Perlman Ewert, who joined Midsona in 2023 and has held the Group Director Sustainability role since October 2024, will now also oversee the company’s overall communication strategy and lead the communications function. Reporting directly to the president and CEO and joining Group Management in her expanded capacity from 1 April 2026, her appointment is intended to better exploit synergies between sustainability and communications, supporting more effective strategic implementation for stakeholders.
