Midnight Sun Mining Corp. has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement to $4.4 million due to strong investor interest, offering up to 20 million units at $0.22 each, including common shares and warrants. The additional funds raised are earmarked for exploration on the company’s Zambian mineral properties and for general working capital. The finalization of the offering is contingent on TSX Venture Exchange approval and will be subject to a standard four-month hold period.
