Midland Holdings Limited is set to hold a special general meeting on 16 August 2024 to seek approval for increased referral fees and other related transactions. Shareholders will vote on the revised annual caps for referral services, which could amount to HK$52.0 million annually through 2026. The meeting will be held in person, and decisions will be made by poll, with the results to be published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and company websites.
