Midea Real Estate Holding Limited has announced a voluntary transfer of shares wherein Ms. Lu, a controlling shareholder, has transferred approximately 2.09% of the company’s issued share capital to Mr. Hao Hengle, Chairman, Executive Director and President of the company. The transaction, involving 30,000,000 shares, was based on the closing price on the day of the transfer, enhancing Mr. Hengle’s stake to approximately 2.77% of the issued share capital. Post-transfer, the controlling shareholders retain about 79.04% of the issued share capital.
