Midea Real Estate Holding Limited reported a revenue of RMB25.13 billion and a gross profit of RMB2.32 billion for the first half of 2024, with core net profit reaching RMB642.47 million. Compared to the end of the previous year, the company’s interest-bearing liabilities decreased by 2.5%, while contracted sales hit around RMB20.21 billion. However, the board has decided against declaring an interim dividend for this period.
