MIDAC HOLDINGS CO. LTD. ( (JP:6564) ) just unveiled an update.

MIDAC Holdings has agreed to acquire all shares of ENOKEN KOGYO Co., Ltd., a Shizuoka-based operator of a stable industrial-waste landfill, turning it into a wholly owned subsidiary. ENOKEN KOGYO, founded in 1995 and recognized locally for its final treatment of construction and demolition debris, had been facing succession challenges, prompting the sale.

By integrating ENOKEN KOGYO, MIDAC will expand its share of stable landfill operations in Shizuoka Prefecture and leverage know-how from its existing Hamanako Clean Center to extend landfill longevity and enhance operational efficiency. The deal underpins MIDAC’s 10-year “Challenge 80th” vision, supporting continued M&A and growth investment, including plans for new landfill sites and greater treatment capacity to handle waste inflows from the Kanto region, thereby strengthening its competitive position and corporate value.

The most recent analyst rating on (JP:6564) stock is a Hold with a Yen2241.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on MIDAC HOLDINGS CO. LTD. stock, see the JP:6564 Stock Forecast page.
