Microware Group Limited is set to align its Articles of Association with the latest regulatory requirements by introducing amendments designed to comply with the expanded paperless listing regime and electronic communication dissemination, as per the updated Listing Rules effective December 31, 2023. Shareholders will need to approve the proposed amendments through a special resolution at the upcoming annual general meeting. A detailed circular, along with the general meeting notice and proxy form, will be sent to shareholders shortly.
