Microware Group Ltd. announced unanimous approval of all proposed resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on August 15, 2024, with 100% votes in favor of adopting financial statements, re-electing directors, and re-appointing auditors. Additionally, the company received a strong mandate to allot, issue, and deal with shares, as well as to buy back shares, with over 97% approval for expanding the share allotment mandate.
