MicroPort NeuroTech Limited has announced a final dividend of HKD 0.11 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an option for shareholders to elect for scrip shares priced at HKD 6.0822 each. The cash dividend will be paid on August 22, 2024, following shareholder approval on June 26, 2024, with an ex-dividend date set for June 28, 2024. Shareholders interested in the scrip option must make their election by August 6, 2024, with scrip share certificates dispatched later that month.
