Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced a Domestic Shareholders’ Class Meeting scheduled for June 25, 2024, to vote on amendments to the company’s articles of association and the rules of procedure for shareholder meetings, as well as to approve a general mandate allowing the buyback of up to 10% of its Domestic and H Shares. The meeting will take place in Shanghai, PRC, and will address various administrative actions necessary for implementing these changes.
