micromobility.com (MCOM) has provided an announcement.
Micromobility.com Inc. has entered into an agreement to sell its subsidiary Wheels Labs, Inc. to Overseas Moped Investment and Holding Pte Ltd. The deal, which includes the transfer of all issued stock of Wheels in exchange for $1 and the assumption of its assets and liabilities, was announced in a press release on August 21, 2024. The agreement contains standard guarantees and allows termination under certain conditions, streamlining the company’s portfolio and forging a new path forward in the industry.
