The latest update is out from Microlise Group Holdings Ltd. ( (GB:SAAS) ).

Microlise Group reported 2025 revenue growth driven by strong expansion among direct fleet-operator customers, even as lower OEM demand and delayed contract wins weighed on profitability. Adjusted revenue rose to £84m, recurring revenue remained robust with higher ARR and 108% net revenue retention for direct clients, while adjusted EBITDA and profit before tax declined amid revenue headwinds and higher amortisation from ongoing technology investment.

The group delivered £5m of annualised cost savings through restructuring, generated £13.3m in adjusted operating cash flow and strengthened its balance sheet with £16.7m in cash and an undrawn £30m debt facility. Management signalled 2026 as a heavy investment year, planning accelerated spend on cloud infrastructure, product development and go-to-market teams, which is expected to depress near-term earnings versus market expectations but support faster organic growth, higher-quality recurring revenues and margin expansion from 2027 onward.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:SAAS) stock is a Buy with a £145.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Microlise Group Holdings Ltd. stock, see the GB:SAAS Stock Forecast page.
