An update from Miata Metals Corp. ( (TSE:MMET) ) is now available.
Miata Metals reported its highest-grade drill intercept to date at the Jons Trend zone of the Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname, with 23.75 meters grading 5.73 grams per tonne gold, including several very high-grade sub-intervals. Additional drilling at Jons Trend and nearby zones has outlined a structurally controlled, stacked vein system over a corridor at least 750 meters long and 300 meters wide, reinforcing both bulk-tonnage and high-grade potential.
The results confirm continuity of mineralization along a northwest–southeast structural corridor and indicate multiple mineralized centers within a broader, continuous gold system at Sela Creek. With two drill rigs active to expand Jons Trend, advance Big Berg and test new targets such as Puma, the program is strengthening the project’s district-scale potential and could enhance Miata’s strategic positioning in the gold exploration sector.
