MGT Capital Sells Georgia Property for $1.35M

An update from MGT Capital Investments ( (MGTI) ) is now available.

MGT Capital Investments, Inc. has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with CSRE Properties LLC for the sale of its property located at 2076 Foster Miller Drive, LaFayette, Georgia. The transaction, which was completed on May 13, 2025, involved a purchase price of $1,350,000. As part of the agreement, MGT Capital Investments agreed to indemnify CSRE against claims by Minerset Holdings LLC regarding leasehold or occupancy rights.
