MGM Resorts ( (MGM) ) has provided an announcement.

On May 13, 2026, MGM China Holdings Limited issued $750 million of 6.25% senior notes due 2033 to accredited investors in the U.S. and qualified buyers internationally, generating about $739.9 million in net proceeds. The company plans to use the funds to repay part of its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, which should enhance liquidity and extend its debt maturity profile.

The notes pay cash interest semiannually starting November 15, 2026, and carry a series of call options that allow early redemption at defined premiums, as well as special repurchase rights tied to changes of control and Macau gaming status. Covenants and default provisions in the indenture restrict certain mergers, impose reporting requirements and establish acceleration triggers, shaping creditor protections and potentially influencing MGM China’s future financing flexibility.

The most recent analyst rating on (MGM) stock is a Hold with a $40.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on MGM Resorts stock, see the MGM Stock Forecast page.
