M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the sale of 50,000 ordinary shares at a premium, with each share priced at 97.40 pence. The newly issued shares will be treated equally with the existing shares. Post-sale, the total number of shares in issue is 142,844,239, excluding treasury-held shares.
