M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the sale of 100,000 ordinary shares from its treasury at 97.90 pence each, a premium to the last published net asset value. This transaction has increased the total number of ordinary shares in circulation to 142,644,239, with an additional 2,101,532 held in treasury.
