M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the sale of 140,000 ordinary shares from its treasury on October 14, 2024, at 97.40 pence each, a premium to the last published net asset value. This issuance increases the total number of shares in circulation to 142,984,239, excluding those held in treasury.
