M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has successfully issued 100,000 ordinary shares from treasury, selling them at a price of 97.70 pence each, a premium to their last published net asset value. Following the sale, the total number of ordinary shares in circulation is 142,444,239, excluding the treasury-held shares.
