M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc (GB:MGCI) has released an update.
M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has successfully issued equity by selling 150,000 ordinary shares at 97.08 pence each, a rate above the last reported net asset value. This sale increases the total number of Ordinary Shares in circulation to 141,944,239, with an additional 2,801,532 shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this total share figure as a reference for disclosing their interest changes as per the FCA’s rules.
