Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Inc. has announced a short-term borrowing and repayment plan with Mizuho Bank, Ltd. for ¥500 million, at a base interest rate plus 0.035%, scheduled for July 17, 2024, to August 19, 2024. The funds are intended specifically for the repayment of an existing borrowing, with no overall change to the REIT’s borrowing status post-transaction.
