mF International Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 6, 2024, in Hong Kong, where shareholders will vote on key resolutions including the appointment of Yu Certified Public Accountant, P.C. as the independent auditor for the coming year, and the reclassification of ordinary shares into two categories with differing voting rights. The AGM will also cover the adoption of the Second Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect the new share structure.
