Mexedia S.p.A. has expanded its global footprint through a reverse takeover of U.S.-based Raadr Inc., enhancing its high-margin SaaS solutions and aiming for a NASDAQ uplisting. The move aligns with Mexedia’s growth strategy, which resulted in significant revenue and EBITDA increases in 2023. This acquisition will see new leadership appointments and a substantial fundraising round to strengthen Raadr’s market presence.
