Mexan Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) to be held at Winland 800 Hotel, Hong Kong, on September 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Key agenda items include reviewing the company’s latest audited financial results, re-electing directors and fixing their remuneration, and re-appointing auditors. Additionally, shareholders will consider authorizing the board to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued shares and to issue new shares, subject to regulatory approval.
