Mewah International Inc. has announced board changes in compliance with the Singapore Exchange Regulation’s tenure limit, resulting in the retirement of long-serving directors Dr. Foo Say Mui and Mr. Robert Loke Tan Cheng. The company has appointed Mr. Richard Eu Yee Ming as the new Lead Independent Director, along with Professor Annie Koh who will take on the role of Independent Director and Chairperson of the Audit Committee, effective 26 April 2024.
