Metro Mining Limited ( (AU:MMI) ) has shared an update.

Metro Mining Limited has reported a change in director Andrew Lloyd’s relevant interests in the company’s securities, reflecting a substantial reduction in the number of ordinary shares and vested performance rights recorded under his name and jointly with his associate, Gail Lloyd. The change arises from a previously approved consolidation of shares and performance rights on a twenty-to-one basis, which restructures the capital on issue without involving any new acquisitions or disposals, and aligns the company’s capital structure with shareholder approval from the recent annual general meeting.

Following the consolidation, Lloyd’s direct holding stands at 31,155 ordinary shares, with a further 118,140 shares held jointly and 88,420 shares held by his associate, while his vested performance rights now total 95,000 instruments convertible into ordinary shares. This mechanical adjustment, with no cash consideration, is intended to streamline Metro Mining’s capital base and may improve the trading dynamics and perception of its securities in the market by reducing the number of shares on issue.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:MMI) stock is a Buy with a A$3.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Metro Mining Limited stock, see the AU:MMI Stock Forecast page.
