Metro Bank Holdings PLC has announced the publication of its Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, marking the first report since the introduction of a holding company structure in May 2023. The bank has also issued a notice for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for May 21, 2024. Shareholders are invited to attend the AGM in London or participate via proxy, with options to submit questions in advance.
