Metir plc has announced a delay in the publication of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 due to the increased time required for accounting notes and disclosures under IFRS following its transition to a Group structure. As a result, the company’s shares are expected to be suspended from trading on AIM starting 1 July 2025, pending the release of the FY24 Accounts, which are anticipated to be published by 4 July 2025.
